FLUENT FARSI respects your privacy.

 

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Fluent Farsi collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the FluentFarsi.com website. This privacy policy applies to the Fluent Farsi website and all products and services offered by Fluent Farsi.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you provide email contact information to subscribe to the FLUENT FARSI email list newsletter, send feedback to FLUENT FARSI, register for one of FLUENT FARSI’s courses or respond to a survey. In addition to the above, we collect certain anonymous (non-personally identifiable) information to help us improve the FLUENT FARSI web site and to evaluate the access and use of FLUENT FARSI materials and the impact of FLUENT FARSI on the worldwide educational community:

We collect information you provide about your use of and satisfaction with FLUENT FARSI through email you send us, through the FLUENT FARSI feedback form, and through FLUENT FARSI surveys, whether or not you voluntarily include your contact information.

We may use web analysis tools that are built into the FLUENT FARSI web site to measure and collect anonymous session information.

We also use “cookies” to improve your FLUENT FARSI web experience and to collect anonymous information about how you use FLUENT FARSI. However, cookies are not required for FLUENT FARSI use. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our Farsi language products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our website adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates and coupons in regards to our services, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
